Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Easy Bulk Send Chrome extension (the "Extension") and this website. By installing the Extension, or by using the Extension or this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

You must be an adult capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Extension. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business.

What the Extension is

Easy Bulk Send is a browser tool that works alongside your own WhatsApp Web session at web.whatsapp.com. It lets you compose a message and send it to a list of phone numbers you provide, with configurable pacing between sends, and lets you view and export (as CSV) contact, chat, group, and label data already visible to your logged-in WhatsApp Web session.

The Extension comes with a 7-day free trial that includes every feature, no card required. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription — ₹999/month or ₹7,999/year (all taxes included). All payments are final and no refunds are offered on any plan; the free trial exists so you can fully evaluate the Extension before paying. Your messages, contacts, and campaign data are stored locally in your browser — the Extension only sends your own WhatsApp number to our server, to check your plan and enforce trial/subscription limits — see the Privacy Policy for details.

The Extension is an automation layer on top of WhatsApp Web. It does not provide messaging service itself; your messages are sent through your own WhatsApp account, under WhatsApp's own terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes and in ways that respect the people you message. In particular, you agree that you will not use the Extension to:

• Send messages to people who have not consented to hear from you, or who have opted out (e.g. by replying STOP).
• Send spam, or bulk unsolicited commercial messages, or messages at a scale or frequency intended to evade WhatsApp's anti-abuse systems.
• Send content that is illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, hateful, or that infringes anyone's rights.
• Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent who a message is from.
• Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service, or any applicable messaging, anti-spam, or data-protection law in your or your recipients' jurisdictions (e.g. TCPA, PECR, GDPR, India's TRAI regulations and the DPDP Act).
• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Extension in a way that misrepresents its origin.

You are solely responsible for the phone number lists you upload, the content of every message you send, and for maintaining any consent and opt-out records the law requires of you. Using the Extension does not transfer any of that responsibility to us.

Your WhatsApp account is yours — and at your risk

WhatsApp actively limits automated and bulk messaging. Using any bulk-sending tool — including this one, even with its pacing controls — can lead WhatsApp to temporarily restrict, suspend, or permanently ban your WhatsApp account. The pacing delay reduces this risk; it does not eliminate it.

You use the Extension with your own WhatsApp account entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any restriction, suspension, ban, data loss, or business loss resulting from WhatsApp's enforcement actions against your account.

Independence from WhatsApp / Meta

Easy Bulk Send is an independent tool. It is not made by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc. "WhatsApp" is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc., used here only to describe what the Extension works with.

Intellectual property

The Extension, this website, and the Easy Bulk Send name and logo are owned by the developer of Easy Bulk Send. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Extension for your own business or personal messaging, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Your data — your number lists, message templates, and campaign history — remains yours. It is stored locally on your device and we make no claim to it (and, as the Privacy Policy explains, we cannot even see it).

No warranty — provided "as is"

The Extension and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every message will be delivered.

WhatsApp Web changes frequently and without notice. Features of the Extension may stop working at any time when WhatsApp changes its site, and we are under no obligation to restore them, although we generally try to.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Easy Bulk Send shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Extension — including, without limitation, any action WhatsApp takes against your account, any undelivered or misdelivered messages, or any legal claim brought against you by a message recipient or regulator.

If any liability is nonetheless found, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the subscription fees you actually paid us for the Extension in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or, where a minimum is required by law, the smallest amount that law permits.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer of Easy Bulk Send from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Extension, the messages you send with it, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or of any third party's rights — including recipients of your messages and WhatsApp/Meta.

Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it — this also permanently deletes all locally stored data. We may discontinue the Extension, or restrict its availability, at any time without notice. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, no warranty, limitation of liability, and indemnity) survive termination.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect. Continuing to use the Extension after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law & severability

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar district (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections you enjoy in your own jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the unenforceable provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted.
